- Medical Aspirants all around the country are required to apply for NEET (National Eligibility cum Entrance Test). The NEET score decides the allotment of medical colleges to the students. Every deemed or private university has 15% of seats under them which is filled by direct admission or through management quota.
- The NEET management quota covers colleges across the country. Private and Deemed colleges come under the NEET management quota. According to the recent changes, the government of India has made it mandatory for aspirants to appear for NEET. Whether the seat is by merit, or by direct admission, the initial step to it is NEET.

- In Deemed Medical Colleges management quota Seats are available from the first round of counseling.
- In government medical, there are no Management quota seats. There is only NRI Quota and that only to be filled by merit only.
MANAGEMENT QUOTA in NEET ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:-
As per the instruction of NMC (National Medical Commission), for MBBS studies through management quota, the students need to fulfill the following criteria:
- The students are required to have a minimum of 50% aggregate in physics, chemistry, and biology in class 12th score. These are the basic criteria for any MBBS aspirant.
- It is important for an aspirant to fill the NEET form and qualify (Minimum eligibility ) in order to take admission.
- As per the rules of NMC (National Medical Commission ), students of Indian origin are eligible for the NEET management quota.
- All students need to bring the minimum percentile in NEET. He must qualify NEET according to the social category.
- Minimum 17 years of age is required for a student t0 get a Management quota in Neet.
- In some States, the MBBS management quota seats are also known as “Q” quota SUCH as Karnataka.
APPLICATION PROCESS FOR NEET MANAGEMENT QUOTA
23 states have management quota seats under the colleges. Candidates need to apply online for The management quota in Neet for mbbs. They have to fill for choice of college and course in MCC and Private Medical counseling. For example, in Maharashtra, DY Patil, Bharti Vidyapeeth, etc have their management quota seats. Students need to check for regulations specified for management quota and visiting the competent authority.
How to Apply for MANAGEMENT QUOTA in NEET?

- NEET admit and scorecard
- Date of birth certificate
- Nationality certificate/passport/visa
- Class 10th and 12th certificates
- Parents background proof
- Debit or credit card for the payment for the application fee
Without the payment of the fee, the application of the candidate may get rejected. So, payment for the application is necessary. The seats offered to the candidates under the NEET management quota is bases on first come first served. Based on many factors, the college allows the management quota seats to the students. The vacant seats are filled and the remaining seats are given to the students on merit by a special test conducted by the management. Different state has a different set of rules for the admission.
